Our core delivery area includes the following regions.
Suffolk (IP)
Cambridgeshire (CB)
Hertfordshire (SG, AL, EN)
Essex (CM, CO, SS)
All Deliveries to our ‘Core’ delivery area over £200 will be delivered free of Charge. (Orders below £200 will incur a £50 Delivery charge)
Our window of delivery is 7AM – 5PM Weekdays Only
We understand the importance of timely deliveries, and that’s why we utilize our state-of-the-art HGV fleet of trucks for all deliveries within the core areas. Our fleet is well-maintained and equipped with advanced technology to ensure smooth and secure transportation of goods.
As part of our commitment to excellent service, all deliveries to these areas come with kerbside crane offload included as standard. This means that your goods will be safely unloaded right at the kerbside, saving you time and effort.
For deliveries outside of our ‘Core Area’, we are pleased to offer an additional service utilising a reliable pallet network courier. These deliveries will be made using tail lift offload vehicles, ensuring your goods are handled carefully.
Your shipping costs will be calculated in the checkout area based on item weight and delivery area.
Similar to our core deliveries, the tail lift delivery option will be a kerbside offload on a flat, hardstand surface only.
If due to unforeseen circumstances, delivery cannot be made on the prearranged day, we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange an alternative date.
If, for any reason, you are unable to accept the goods or decline delivery, a re-delivery fee will be charged to you, unless we have agreed otherwise.
Please advise us before delivery if there are any restrictions to the property which may cause difficulty for large delivery vehicles. For example, can a Fire Engine get access to your street/property easily? A redelivery charge may be applicable if we cannot deliver on our standard vehicle.
We strongly advise that you do not book tradesmen until you have received your goods and checked that your order is complete. We are not liable for any consequential or indirect losses caused as a result of delivery delays.
Delivery FAQS
All deliveries to our core area are fulfilled by our merchant partner on 32tonne HGV Rigid vehicles.
These are bigger than a council-type dustcart vehicle for example therefore if you are unsure, please give us a call and we can always have a look on Google Maps to give advice.
Unfortunately not. Our deliveries are all kerbside deliveries. The driver will assess the access and offer you the safest and best possible place we can leave the goods.
Unfortunately not. Although this seems like an easy option this is not safe practice for our crane operators and can come with hidden dangers. We will always try to leave you happy with the best drop location for you.
Merchant trucks are bigger than a council dustcart vehicle so this is historically not the best gauge of whether or not we could fit down a tight access road. If you are unsure, please give us a call and we can always have a look on Google Maps to give advice.
If you are looking for a quicker turnaround feel free to contact us before or after your order had been placed. If possible, we will bring your date forward to assist you.
Of course, before your order has been dispatched you can cancel your order and receive a full refund.
Once we have received your order and allocated stock we will then schedule a delivery window (typically 5 days from receipt of order). This will be confirmed to you by email shortly after placing the order.

We will only be able to deliver to the address given on the order and goods will not be left without the customer signature.
The delivery charges are calculated on order size, value and delivery area. Once you have your basket of goods you will be able to progress to the next step to calculate delivery charges.
Our operations are currently Monday to Friday only.
If any of the materials supplied show signs of damage this needs to be recorded with your delivery driver before their departure. Any damages found within packaging must be reported within 3 days of delivery. Replacement items will be sent to you with haste – your sales agent will keep you informed through this process.
Please make sure you inspect your goods as soon receive them and let us know if any part is missing. Replacement items will be sent to you with hast – your sales agent will keep you informed through this process.
Ordering Information
Once your order has been completed your dedicated sales agent will assign your materials from our stocking depot. Our in-house dispatch department will schedule your delivery date and send confirmation via email.
Our general delivery timescale of stocked items to our core area is within 5 days.
On rare occasions, we may have some items that sell faster than usual, leaving us with a stock shortages. This could lead to delivery period extending past 5 days, but rest assured we will communicate this to you promptly.
