For deliveries outside of our ‘Core Area’, we are pleased to offer an additional service utilising a reliable nationwide pallet network courier. These deliveries will be made using tail lift offload vehicles, ensuring your goods are handled carefully.
Your shipping costs will be calculated in the checkout area based on item weigh and delivery area.
Similar to our core deliveries, the tail lift delivery option will be a kerbside offload on a flat, hardstand surface only.
Core Delivery Area
Our core delivery area includes the following regions:
- Suffolk (IP)
- Cambridgeshire (CB)
- Hertfordshire (SG, AL, EN)
- Essex (CM, CO, SS)
All deliveries to our ‘Core’ delivery area over £200 will be delivered free of charge. (Orders below £200 will incur a £50 delivery charge.)

Our window of delivery is from 7 AM to 5 PM, weekdays only.
Commitment to Timely Deliveries
We understand the importance of timely deliveries, which is why we utilize our state-of-the-art HGV fleet for all deliveries within the core areas. Our fleet is well-maintained and equipped with advanced technology to ensure smooth and secure transportation.
Included Services
As part of our commitment to excellent service, all deliveries to core areas come with kerbside crane offload included as standard, allowing for efficient unloading right at the kerbside.
Delivery Challenges
If unforeseen circumstances prevent delivery on the prearranged day, we will contact you promptly to arrange an alternative date. If you are unable to accept the goods or decline delivery, a re-delivery fee will apply unless otherwise agreed.
Property Access
Please inform us in advance about any property restrictions that may hinder access for large delivery vehicles. For instance, can fire trucks easily access your street or property? A re-delivery charge may be incurred if we are unable to deliver using our standard vehicle.
Scheduling Tradesmen
We strongly advise against booking tradesmen until you have received and checked your goods for completeness. We are not liable for any consequential or indirect losses resulting from delivery delays.
