Any full pack products can be returned to us within 14 days of receipt, provided that they are in their original condition and in their original packaging with all shrink-wrapping and banding around the pallet or crate still intact. This is to ensure the safety of our colleagues and maintain product quality.
A restocking charge will be applied to cover haulage and handling – this will be dependent on the size and value of the return – this will be indicated to you before we commence with return process
Refunds will be paid to the payment method used to place the order and will usually be made within 14 days of receiving the goods back in our yard (and upon material inspection). We reserve the right to refuse to issue a refund to an alternative payment card. We may (at our discretion), reduce the amount refunded to you to reflect any reduction in the value of the products due to the manner in which you have handled them.
