Square Metre Rates:
Any square metre rate provided is based on the finished laying area, which includes a jointing allowance. This measurement is intended to give an accurate representation of the area that will be covered once the materials are installed.

Ordering and Payment:

Grounds & Garden reserve the right, without prejudice, to refuse any order that we are unable to fulfil. This policy is particularly important as we deal with many different sized items that may combine into deliveries that are unfortunately not achievable. Additionally, such refusals may also be due to stock availability or other delivery issues. Should any of these situations arise, we will communicate promptly and transparently, providing any necessary information regarding the order status. Your understanding and cooperation are appreciated as we strive to uphold the highest standards for our customers.
Shipping and Delivery:
The Company will make reasonable efforts to deliver products within the specified time frame. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. Please do not book your installers until your materials have arrived.
Risk of loss and title to the products pass to you upon delivery.
Returns and Refunds:
Any full pack products can be returned to us within 14 days of receipt, provided that they are in their original condition and in their original packaging with all shrink wrapping and banding around the pallet or crate still intact. This is to ensure the safety of our colleagues and maintain product quality.
A restocking charge will be applied to cover haulage and handling – this will be dependent on the size and value of the return – this will be indicated to you before we commence with return process
Refunds will be paid to the payment method used to place the order and will usually be made within 14 days of receiving the goods back in our yard (and upon material inspection). We reserve the right to refuse to issue a refund to an alternative payment card.
We may (at our discretion), reduce the amount refunded to you to reflect any reduction in the value of the products due to the manner in which you have handled them.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Grounds & Garden and is protected by UK copyright laws. Unauthorised use of any material is prohibited.
Limitation of Liability:
